About Us
 DL Realty is a small company that is dedicated to servicing its clients in a comprehensive manner. We take Pride in facilitating the tranaction from beginning to end. DL Realty is small enough to be personable, patient and informitive, but as efficiency and motivation of any large real estate company. DL Realty does not just facilitate in the buying and selling of homes, but we establish long term relationships.
| Company history Started at Century 21 Better Homes in 1995 and in 2000 I started my own company through a partnership with Dynasty Realty. In 2001 I opened DL Realty. I have 12 years in real estate; ranging from brokerage to property management. I chose to partner with lenders, title companies, appraisers, inspectors and contractors that has integrity neccessary to make each transaction as uneventful as possible. I am a college graduate of Saint Louis Univeristy with a BS in Allied Health and a minor in Business Administration. I chose real estate as a business to invest in as a means to combine social and financial skills to allow me to serve the public in a meaningful way. As first time home owners we were vague in some areas, but Ms. Lewis was very patient and thoroughly explained every step of the home purchasing process in a knowledgeable and comprehensive manner. Her education in the area of real estate was clearly evident. She addressed questions, concerns, and fears without hesitation and always looked out for our best interest. Because we all have busy lives and the demands therein, what was incredibly important to us was that Deidre returned phone calls in a timely manner – within 24 hours - and was never late for our appointments. She was always professionally dressed, organized and well-informed about the properties and the market strategies. She was supportive when answers were not in our favor and encouraged us to stay focused on what we wanted and could afford! She was with us every step of the way from the day we walked into her office until the day we walked into our new home. She even bought us a house-warming gift!
